Are you suffering from Electile Dysfunction?

I thought this was a good chuckle.

However, for those not in Nevada, I recommend substituting such a cure for a third-party that closely resembles the IAP.

Electile Dysfunction is a newly discovered psychological disease. It is caused when an elector is unable to become aroused over any candidate running for office. Voting when one is so affected actually makes the voter ill especially after the person he elected is proven to be a the scum he promised he would not be. Scientists at Harvard say it is caused by years of being able to only select Republicans or Democrats on the ballot.

The cure, however, has been found in Nevada. It is the Independent American Party. The little blue pill of the political scene if you will. So if you are sick of your choices between the lesser of twin evils break free and get excited about voting again. Join the Independent American Party and help us help you be excited about politics and the battle for liberty once again.

Ok, who had it first, Ron Paul or the IAP?

  2. Joey Dauben Says:

    The IAP is a joke.

The guy who got hired to help organize and facilitate the IAP in Nevada was blocked at every turn by Chris Hansen.

Sounds to me like Chris Hansen has a little more secrets he’s not willing to share, like those 40,000 registered “independents” that are/were duped into thinking they were registering “independent,” not as quasi-Constitution Party members.

Go ahead, put ME on a Q&A. I know what went on in Nevada, but of course, to be fair Chris Hansen should get a fair shake and tell his side.

Until then, everyone knows that the IAP in Nevada is a bunch of poop. You won’t be convincing me that 40,000 people are “IAP members” when they were duped.

And if I’m wrong, Chris Hansen should have that party fielding candidates in every conceivable race at every painstaking level.

  3. Peter M. Says:

Does this mean Bob Dole is joining the IAP?

  4. Citizens For A Bet ter Veterans Home Says:

Cody: Excellent, relevant, thoughtful, and humorous with out being silly or obscene! Great job!

“And if I’m wrong, Chris Hansen should have that party fielding candidates in every conceivable race at every painstaking level.”

Joey, the IAP ran 70-sumthing candidate last election. A great deal of candidates for a third party, and larger than anything the LP has mustered in ANY state—id say.

    As for this:
“The guy who got hired to help organize and facilitate the IAP in Nevada was blocked at every turn by Chris Hansen.”

If you’d like to clue us in—maybe we’d believe your side a bit more.

  6. Fred C. Says:

Seems like things are a bit looser at the IAP than one might think. Glad to see it.

Joey: What are you talking about when you say that someone was “blocked at every turn by Chris Hansen” ?

  7. Cody Quirk Says:

=Just like how 36,000 votes for Janine Hansen were duped? Or the 81,000 votes in Clark County for Johnathan Hansen, or what about those 197,000 votes for Joel Hansen?

  8. Cody Quirk Says:

The guy who got hired to help organize and facilitate the IAP in Nevada was blocked at every turn by Chris Hansen.

=How about we name names & spill details, or shut up.

  9. Trent Hill Says:

The 36,000 votes for Janine Hanson are most obvious. As well as my detailed report on state legislative races (3 way) that produced 100%+ everytime of registered IAPers.

As for Joey’s accusations—most of the accusations he’s made seem to be baseless, i’ll ignore this accordingly.

  10. Chirstopher Hansen Says:

The IAP is such a joke that we have had over 100 candidates in the last three elections. That is more than any other Constitution Party affiliate. We have elected two of them. That is one more than any other Constitution Party affiliate. One in a two way race and one in a three way race where the IAP candidate got more than 50% of the vote.

We grew from 16,000 members to 49,000 during the four years I have been State Chairman whereas the the two years before that we lost about 1000 in membership. What changed? NOT THE NAME!

We also won several court victories including TWO 7-0 Nevada Supreme Court cases concerning IAP candidates. Has any other minor party done that? NO!

The guy was hired BY me and he exaggerated his abilities and influence to me. I NEVER fired him. He could not do what he promised and was LEACHING off my son and still owes my son rent. He also owes money to the guy he brought with him, a man he told me was an expert and I learned later he was an apprentice and he also hurt Christie, a lovely lady from San Diego. I was hoping to work with him but his New York Better than everyone else Screaming at people attitude ruined it.

Too bad too because I really hoped to be able to work with him. I have no hard feeling toward the guy. We had different methods and he did not fit in. TOO ANGRY!

If you believe I have any secrets then that is your problem.

And as far as people registering thinking they are registering “Independent” or not in the Constitution Party. That happens. In fact General Jones (Air Force Retired) joined JUST BECAUSE HE LIKED THE NAME. He knew NOTHING ELSE ABOUT US. He was glad to learn later it was the Constitution Party which he was already working with nationally with the Veterans Party.

I wonder what SMART PEOPLE came up with a name people like to be called instead of Constitutions. Did you take your daily constitutional yet? What Crap! What a Crappy name! THAT NAME STINKS to high Heaven. Too bad we are smarter than National and have more success BECAUSE of our name and BECAUSE We were smart enough to figure out that people who did not like the Republicrats would look for a different party to join. Everyone wants to be an Independent American. Who the HELL wants to be a Constitution?

But then again REMEMBER that we lost membership for the two years BEFORE I TOOK OVER and our name DID NOT CHANGE. So tell me why that happened if it was not because of what we were doing and not just the name. After all, 2 years an no growth means that for two years people did not just join because of the name. While in these last four years 32,000 Nevadans have joined. What changed?!

We already have over 20 candidates lined up. Every Federal office has two people ready to run so if one drops out. We are working on the 52 State legislature offices. There are no state-wide office up this year and VERY few County offices. But remember that the Republicans with 450,000 members and the Democrats with 450,000 member have not been able to have a candidate in every Assembly and Senate Seat Race in Nevada for years.

Are those 450,000 DUPED? Why can’t they get people in EVERY RACE?

We should have nearly 50 candidates this year and that will give us 10 times the number of candidates per register voter the Democrats or Republicans have.

The Independent American Party had as many people attend our State Convention in 2006 AD as the Republican Party did that year.

Oh, one more thing. I have my own TV show now that will soon be in Vegas. One more accomplishment that you do not have.

Does any other State Chairman have their own TV show that they do not have to pay to get the air time? My show cost me nothing! I was asked to be the host.

Show me another Constitution party affiliate that comes CLOSE to what we have accomplished in Nevada and I will want to LEARN from the master that did it.

  11. Chirstopher Hansen Says:

And by the way. The Electile dysfunction story was written by me and posted by Cody. He got it off the IAP web site.

Thanks Cody. You are doing a GREAT job. Keep it up. I know it takes a lot of time. But then American Independents And Independent Americans know how to work and we get things done.

That is why we are successful in Nevada. We work hard and do not scream at people that are trying to help the best they can unlike New Yorkers that moved to Texas and piss everybody off including my lovely daughter-in law who loves everybody!

  12. john halt jr. Says:

    Hey Christopher,

Is your show funded by tax payer money?

  13. Mike Says:

I got that as an email forward. I sent it back and said the cure can be found at www.lp.org .

  14. Cody Quirk Says:

Thanks Cody. You are doing a GREAT job. Keep it up.

=Anytime bro. See you in Reno. You don’t have to worry about me f**king up any organization of the IAP there, you’re busy in one field of the party, and I’ll get to work in the other field- organizing county committees and coordinating party activities, etc. I’m persistant, but not a major jerk or a leech.

  15. matt Says:

I got that as an email forward. I sent it back and said the cure can be found at www.lp.org .

You might get sued for advertising adulterated medicine, mike.

Could we get clarification of who the guy was, what he was hired to do, and why you felt he was beneath standards.

  17. Chirstopher Hansen Says:

Not one penny is from tax money. I don’t get paid. That station is an Independent Station.

    Why do you ask?

  18. Chirstopher Hansen Says:

I don’t want to say his name. He was a friend. We had disagreement on tactics. He had a New York attitude and it did not work with Nevadans. We agree on about 90% of the political realm so why name the guy?

We disagreed. He left. It was best all around. I have no hard feelings toward the guy at all. He thought he was doing what was best. I disagreed.

  19. Cody Quirk Says:

Was it that guy that used to be with the Reform Party?

  20. Chirstopher Hansen Says:

Maybe you do not understand. I do not wish to identify him any more than I have. He was a good friend.
