New LP Reform PAC Launched

From Liberty For Sale:

The Libertarian Reform Caucus has gotten everything in a row ( after much work by those other than myself ), and the result is a new Libertarian PAC called the Libertarian Reform PAC. This will be for the purpose of funding reform candidates both internally within the party and externally in elections (a future project) and promoting the LRC itself in publications and on the web. In the interest of disclosure I am a board member of this new PAC.

Since I believe the LRC is critical to gaining enough strength within the general LP supporter base to effect change, I am going to making a regular monthly donation to the LRC PAC the same way I do to the LP itself as a Liberty Pledger. I give 25 a month to the LP ( 300 a year) so I will try to match that amount into the PAC to make sure that we can fund LP candidates who agree with the basic thrust of LP reform and promote the LRC at the same time.

If you want continued change in the LP, you have to fund the efforts which make that change possible. If you can spare anything, please send your donation to our new LRC PAC at:

Considering that this PAC is associated with that fascist Timmy West, I will not be supporting them… ever. This PAC will fail miserably with or without my support anyway.

  2. Austin Cassidy Says:

What makes Tim West a fascist? (Not being defensive, just trying to understand where the issues between you two come from.)

  3. mussolini Says:

    He’s a fascist AND a communist.

Fascists and Commies hate each other. There’s no way I could be both of those. You gotta pick one.

I suggest you refer to me as a NAZI. That way you can suggest that I endorse the systematic killing of Jews too! WHOOO-HOOOO!

  6. NewFederalist Says:

I wish people would realize just what they are saying before making fools of themselves. It is just sad to see such acrimony. Seems to me people should be able to disagree without being disagreeable.

  7. Tim West Says:

At some point you gotta just laugh at it all and go on about yer business. That’s what I do.

  8. Otto Kerner Says:

By the way, does anybody know what ever happened to the old Libertarian Victory Fund that was run by Chris Azzaro? It seemed like a good idea at the time, but I get the impression that it’s not around anymore.

  9. Timothy West Says:

Yeah, it went under a few years ago. I actually tried to get in touch with him but I dont think he’s even a libertarian anymore.
