Newspaper Interviews David Cobb

The Minnesota Spokesman-Recorder today published an interesting interview with 2004 Green Party Presidential candidate David Cobb. In the interview, Cobb argues for increased minority involvement in the Green Party, for reparations for slavery, and against the two-party system… in fact, against any party system.

He believes that a nonpartisan form of government might be a better way, especially in such matters as redistricting and elections. “I don’t think a Democrat or a Republican [should] be in charge,” Cobb pointed out. “I don’t think a Green should be in charge. It would be better [for] nonpartisan boards.”
